In 2018, the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office began a DUI Program called RIDR. This is not a diversion program, but is a program that can keep a DUI off of your record in certain circumstances. There are limited circumstances for eligibility for this program. In addition, even if the prosecutor gives you eligibility, your judge may not allow you into the program. Mr. Taylor has successfully had DUI charges dismissed, even with a refusal of the breath test or a very high breath test result.
